clash 开 tun mode ，或者在 IDE 里设置 HTTP 代理全走 clash

@luckybricks9711 这个我之前已经认真对照过了，走的是 clash tun mode ，并且已经把 jetbrains 所有的域名都设置了规则走日本 ip 或者美国 ip ，IDE 的 Region 也设置为了 Americas ，Jetbrains 的 Account country 也是 US 。
依然是这样的情况，目前发了工单，他们是这么回复的： ``` Due to certain restrictions, JetBrains AI plans and features are varied based on user’s geography location. We refer to your IP address location, IDE region settings and JetBrains Account country settings to determine the service location. ``` 我目前让他们再看看我的账户信息。 |
