DNSPod 公共 DNS 119.29.29.29 TCP 53 无法提供服务了？

换了不同地方的机器都测试过，看来是 DNSPod 把 TCP 53 关了？

不是…… 我就是想确认一下 119.29.29.29 这个 TCP 53 不提供服务是故意的还是不小心的（故障了）。

53 口的 dns 我都是只允许 udp 的 |

leemars OP @marczhao 我的理解是 DNS 协议理论上是要求 UDP 53 和 TCP 53 都开放的，在 UDP 53 出现数据过多截断的情况下换 TCP 53 （虽然情况不常见）。

印象中即便成功响应了返回的也是空数据（需要 +nocookie ），所以我认为是不可用的。

测试阿里 (223.5.5.5) 和字节 (180.184.1.1) 的 DNS ，支持的挺好。我自己已经多年没用腾讯的 DNS 了。

20240821：119.29.29.29 的 tcp 53 端口确实不行了，是 tcp 53 彻底关闭了吗？ 223 和 114 的没问题
