- 主导性能瓶颈排查与疑难问题攻关（如启动优化、内存管理、卡顿治理等），保障高并发场景下的用户体验
- 基于 SwiftUI 构建高效、可维护的 UI 框架，持续优化代码质量和工程化流程
- 参与技术预研与前沿方案落地，推动团队技术升级。
职位要求：
- 5 年以上 iOS 开发经验，至少主导过一款百万级用户 App 的研发全流程
- 精通 Swift 语言，熟悉 SwiftUI 框架及 Combine 响应式编程，有复杂界面性能优化经验者优先
- 深入理解 iOS 系统机制（ Runtime 、RunLoop 、多线程等），掌握 Instruments 等调优工具
- 具备大型项目架构能力，熟悉 MVVM 等设计模式，对代码可扩展性和稳定性有极致追求
- 强烈的技术热情与自驱力，擅长通过数据分析和工具链建设提升团队效能
