你浏览器能爬墙并不代表你起其他软件能， 终端一般都是不走代理的 得自己配置

我能打开这个链接。 这个链接是 github 提供的，及时 jabba 不维护了，预期也是能正常连上的。

op 大佬明显不了解翻墙，ping 通，连不上之间的区别。。。建议了解一下。 明显 clone github 的时候没有挂代理翻墙。
